Made it by 15 minutes

So, we had a great weekend. We went hiking on a bird refuge, attended avolleyball game at IU, played squash, did a little kickboxing ( so far we are sounding super sporty I have noticed), read, watched movies, and worked. However, I took Saturday completely off of work and school. Great day Saturday, a bit busy on Sunday.

In fact, I did not finish everything for my Masters on Sunday, so I come home today and start leisurely typing away. Not hard as I had read the chapter but time consuming and a bit hard to get into family life cycles right after a full day of teaching. Now, I start right away from getting home as I want to finish before I have to pick Stephen up at 6:30. I get a little side tracked at time as I noticed that Susan had posted on her blog and I had a few new emails but I manage to finish them off. Now I go onto the internet site where we send off all of our assignation. It is almost like our own class website as the professor has the syllabus on there and new information we should know, etc. I read through a few old things and suddenly something catches my eye...all assignments are to be sent by 6:00pm on Monday. I jump as I have no concept of what time it is and am relieved but somewhat freaked that it is 5:45.

You will be glad to know that my assignation are done and sent and I am breathing a little calmer now. Definitely cracked a bit of a stress level there though. Perhaps just another reason to confirm my power yoga lessons that I am going to take with two fellow teachers. The picture demonstrates what I will be able to do after the seven weeks.

You will be my hero if you can do that yoga move. Seriously. Glad to hear you had such an eventful weekend...it sounds like you guys had a great time.

Oh and thanks for the bus riding sympathy...:)

Wow. I kinda don't believe you right now that you will be able to do that. I mean I am totally pro-Amber and Pro-anything-Amber-wants-to-do, but that looks intense girlfriend!

That is crazy, I expect a picture of you doing that on your blog in seven weeks. Kylie :)

Speaking of movies; have you seen "All the Kings Men" with Sean Penn. CTV movie reveiwer said Sean overacted but perhaps they are not familar with southern baptist preachers, or western red necks like Earnest Manning or Tommy Douglas, which leads me to say that I throughly enjoyed the movie and the actors.
Could I suggest the movie "V". Set in a Britain of the future, big brother control, security to the extreme to control terrorism resulting in lack of free will. Causing a discussion of state control and personel freedom.
A funny movie (especialy if you see it with a laugher like Les Collins) is "RV" with Robin Williams. Filmed in Southern Alberta its worth the renting to see your former panoramic skys and beautiful scenery.
Met a new EMF employee, formerly from Manitoba, at EFREE this morning. He has worked with Art for a month so I said he would know all the ropes now. I didn't ask if he spoke low german.
