Basketball and a Conference

We went to the first exhibition basketball game at IU this weekend. We are the proud owners of student season passes this year. Despite it being just an exhibition game, there was tons of people, the band was out, fans on their feet doing this cheers that we are slowly learning, and the cheerleaders were performing. We get different seats each time. We had pretty good ones for this game and once this season we are really close to the floor!

We have tickets for 13 more games so we are bound to get to know the players and feel the "Team Red" spirit!

An exciting thing this week is that I get to attend the International Dyslexia Conference. It is four days jammed packed with sessions, exhibitions, luncheons, etc. I am exited for the professional development and break from teaching. If you want to check out the website, go to http://www.interdys.org/ One added bonus is that there will be some presenters from BC there. One of them will present on a program that I use now.

Amber, I checked out the link for that dyslexia conference...looks very cool. I'd love to hear about it afterwards!

I don't have one yet! I really need to get one...a basketball or football one?

Yes you do! I agree with Stephen that it would look very sexy on you. I'm thinking a football one.
