Pilates on the ball

I have come back from week 2 of Pilates on the ball. I have little experience working with an exercise ball and so I feel like this is going to be a good challenge and again help me with my balance. Taking my camera in this would be awkward and so I will highlight a few poses.

The following pose is something we are supposed to do when we stretch out after doing sit-ups, etc. I find this pose unstable at this time.

The next shows a plank position push up. I do not believe that my body line is near as straight as this yet plus my entire body is shaking throughout this procedure. However, it really works me and even today, round 2 of the class, I felt it was a bit easier.

And finally, this next pose is what I will eventually be. Just kidding. It is kind of neat to see what is top performance. I saw one picture of a woman sitting cross legged on top of the ball. That requires some serious balance.

I am impressed too! You are going to be buff by the time you're done this class! Good luck!

Wow! Very impressive Amber, even if you are shaky at it.
